Judy Matteson, owner/operator, has been involved in the floral business since 1983, having previously owned a flower shop in Washington state. She has owned Surf City Florist since 1993. Judy has many years of experience on Topsail Island, creating floral arrangements for beach weddings and parties. She works closely with other island vendors to coordinate flowers for all types of events.
