HSR History
Heaven Sent Roses began in 1997 with a
handful of cuttings and a vision of what the
future could be. Today, HSR is a North Carolina
Certified Nursery offering more than 400
varieties of heirloom, hybrid, rare and unusual
roses. More varieties are added every year.

The 25,000 sq.ft. rose garden boasts more than
500 varieties of roses. Hundreds of visitors
enjoy the garden each year. The annual "Stop &
Smell the Roses" event is held all weekends in
May when the garden is displaying its first
spectacular bloom.
