About Us

I am Shannon Morrison, the owner of Classic Designs. I have nearly 20 years experience in the floral business and I have owned and operated a full-service florist, Madelyn's Flowers. With all the demands of running a full service florist, I found little time to really be to a floral designer.

Classic Designs was started with my passion for silk floral design. All of my silk arrangements are unique encompassing both my experience as a florist and my own personal style. Please read on to learn more about our silk flowers.

Quality Materials

I only use high quality materials when making my arrangements. An inferior product may look similar when viewed online or from a distance. This is particularly true with the detail of our silk flowers. This is why I place high resolution images online in our Gallery page. The detail and quality shows.

Guarantee

Because my arrangements are hand-made, on rare occasion a section may come unglued. If a section comes unglued, simply bring it by the shop or mail it to me and I will be happy to repair it free of charge.

Safety

Centerpiece arrangements with candles may pose an obvious fire hazard. Please use caution when burning these candles and NEVER leave a burning candle left unattended! Also, be aware that many parts of my silk arrangements that can be potential choke hazards.

Caring for your Silk Arrangements

Please be aware that direct sunlight and rain will fade your silk and artificial arrangements over time, particularly silk wreaths. For regular maintenance we recommend that you dust with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Also be aware that there are several silk cleaners available. Please feel free to call with any questions you may have about my arrangements.
