We are a real florist located in the heart of the northwestern North Carolina High Country on the southwestern edge of Boone, North Carolina. From our Boone store, we serve the entire High Country area (Click on DELIVERY for more information on our delivery area) with premium fresh floral products, wedding services, and personal service.
As our website has grown in popularity with local customers, it has effectively totally replaced our traditional retail showroom displays of past years with shoppers. That's because it can be browsed and shopped from anywhere, anytime, for those who want to purchase flowers and gifts either for their own use or for delivery to others located in our High Country delivery area, across the state, or across the nation. While we've evolved into the High Country's Premier Internet Florist, unlike most other internet flower marketers, we do fully and completely function as a normal retail florist weekdays with delivery of our products available throughout the High Country area in our own delivery vehicles.
As a locally owned and operated full service florist, we have the ability and willingness to do many things outside of the normal spectrum which can’t and won‘t be done by a national order gatherer or big box store. Checking on sick kids at our local university for out of town moms and dads, giving ski and weather reports to our out of town customers, visiting with and getting to know our shut-ins while taking them a little cheer from out of town family members, and arranging for and delivering special requests at odd or special times are pretty normal occurrences for us. We're glad to try to oblige when we can. Give us a call if you've got an unusual or special request that you don't see on our website. The specific designs on this web site may not always be available for delivery out of our local delivery area. Substitutions as close as possible to the original order may be made to conform with seasonal and regional availability of flowers. On any out of area order, we will serve as your representative to the florist who will actually be delivering your order. We will work to assure the order meets your expectations. Prices may vary by delivery area and region for items ordered for delivery outside of our local delivery area.
We try to keep our website updated and representative of what is currently available from our store. Sometimes items sell out before updates can be made and sometimes inventory which is expected to be in stock gets unexpectedly back ordered. Seasonal and regional conditions affect the supply of flowers. Specific varieties or colors may not always be available or meet our quality standards. In some cases, substitutions may be necessary to fulfill your floral and container requirements. When it is necessary to substitute, we will do so with products that are as close as possible to that ordered and of equal or better value. Where substantial substitution is required sufficient to alter the design or feel of the product, we will attempt to notify you before doing so. The dimensions supplied for any arrangements are close approximations. They are not exact. However, you may refer to them for general size guidelines.
Please note that sale prices, unless we tell you otherwise, apply ONLY TO OUR LOCAL DELIVERY AREA (See DELIVERY For Local Delivery Area Details). Orders for items which are on sale which are placed for delivery outside of our local delivery area will be charged full price.
